Appointed 23^rd February 2026, David has worked in the social housing sector since 2007. He is presently responsible for financial planning and treasury at one of South West Herts largest housing associations. David has previous experience across a range of senior leadership roles in both the public and private sector. He is a qualified corporate treasurer and chartered management accountant and has lived in Barnet all his life.
