Sheltered Housing Manager
Appointed in August 2018, Derya has significant experience within the social housing sector. After finishing her Housing Training Course, Derya started working at Grosvenor Resident Management Organisation in 2009. She quickly progressed from Repairs Officer through to Housing Officer at City West Homes providing housing for Westminster Council. Derya started working as a Sheltered Housing Officer in 2018. After progressing through to become a Senior SHO and responsible for training new housing officers, she has progressed through to become our Sheltered Housing Manager. Derya now manages, coaches and supports the development of the whole SHO team, and is a key member of the senior leadership team.
