Property Services Officer
John joined the Property Team in 2022 and is responsible for ensuring properties meet statutory compliance requirements for: electrics, gas, water, asbestos, ventilation, and lift servicing. He compiles and presents statistics for the Trustees and managers, liaises with government departments for Net Zero and Heat Networks, oversees utility bills and liaises with suppliers and building contractors, carries out annual property inspections and processes invoices. John has more than 20 years’ varied experience working in housing both in the UK and overseas.
