Property Services Manager
Appointed in August 2022, Kevin has significant estates and facilities management experience in the housing sector. Before joining The Finchley Charities, Kevin was Estates Manager at Clarion Housing Group following working at UCL as Accommodation Manager, BRE as Soft Services Manager and at Origin Housing as Housing Officer.
His wide and varied brief encompasses all the aspects of our housing and he is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality and affordability across the management and maintenance of all our essential systems, ensuring that our homes are healthy and comfortable places.
