Susan Faridi, Chief Executive

Susan has over 25 years’ experience working in social care and supported housing in public and charitable organisations with extensive leadership experience in supported, sheltered and extra care housing and development. She also has wide-ranging experience in charity management and governance, specialist outreach and floating support services. Her knowledge includes working with older adults, adults with physical disabilities and mental health issues. Prior to this role, she was Director of Services at Stoll, a military charity and housing association providing a range of services to veterans and those transitioning from the British Armed Forces.

Claire Young, Housing Services Manager

Claire has worked in the social housing sector for almost 25 years across a variety of supported housing organisations and client groups. She has set up services for young people including care leavers, young parents and those who are vulnerable and homeless. In recent years she has managed sheltered accommodation and developed teams providing support to enable independent living.

Subir Soornack, Property Services Manager

Subir began his career with Barnet Council’s Directorate of Property & Development, dealing with the acquisition and disposal of property and land. He then progressed as a Building Surveyor, designing and altering properties for Social Services and the Education Department. He later joined Barking & Dagenham Council in a similar role. He has also worked for a number of housing associations in roles including Property Surveyor, Head of Property Services and Planned Maintenance Manager.

Adam Alive, Central Services & Compliance Manager

With a background in social policy and social care management, predominantly in the mental health field, Adam has moved into general administration and governance over recent years including work with counselling and welfare benefits advice services.
