Susan Faridi, Chief Executive

Susan has over 25 years’ experience working in social care and supported housing in public and charitable organisations with extensive leadership experience in supported, sheltered and extra care housing and development. She also has wide-ranging experience in charity management and governance, specialist outreach and floating support services. Her knowledge includes working with older adults, adults with physical disabilities and mental health issues. Prior to this role, she was Director of Services at Stoll, a military charity and housing association providing a range of services to veterans and those transitioning from the British Armed Forces.

Claire Young, Housing Services Manager

Claire has worked in the social housing sector for almost 25 years across a variety of supported housing organisations and client groups. She has set up services for young people including care leavers, young parents and those who are vulnerable and homeless. In recent years she has managed sheltered accommodation and developed teams providing support to enable independent living.

Sandra D’Souza, Central Services Manager

Sandra has worked in Office/Operations and Planning for over 20 years and although starting her working life within a housing association has since worked for a number of years within the not for profit, charities and public sector.  Having completed an undergraduate degree and more recently an MBA, Sandra is able to bring real life experience as well as theoretical practice into the workplace.
