Appointed in 2020, Paula has significant experience within the social housing sector and works with the team to offer affordable, quality accommodation to those who need it. Also, works with colleagues and external agencies in supporting residents to maximise income and manage weekly maintenance contribution accounts. Her role provides a link between the day-to-day operations and reporting to Managers and Trustees.
