Community Development Support (Trainee)
Originally from India, Sheela joined our team in 2026 after completing her Masters. She manages the activities and social events for the residents and ensures that the community of The Finchley Charities is a happy and harmonious place. She works with the residents, liaises with other organizations and supervises work experience placements for students. Her main focus is to ensure that the residents are satisfied with the social events.
